All it takes is a little following of the clues. It isn't hard to put together, really. ;)
Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing the trampolines go, and I know the RipCord crew wouldn't mind either. So, just...look around a bit, and it shouldn't be hard to figure out.
Forgot to ask, does anyone know when they took down the ride at Valleyfair? Two years is a bit of a short time, but it doesn't really matter. I'm actually not surprised to see ride shuffling between parks, though I wouldn't have expected something like that just for Challenge Park.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
oo yeah i see this goes together perfect i think cedar point is getting it yay new ride sorta new! paint it and call it new!
According to Screamscape, Skyscaper will be taking the place of the Trampolines. You can make your own judgement on that.

I rode a Skyscraper at Timber Falls in the Dells and it was a blast! I have heard mixed reviews of the Valleyfair! one. Anyone know what makes one different than the other? I would think the ride cycle/program would have more to do with it than anything. And the restraints.
Ripcord Crew 2002 / MF Crew 2004
I rode this one at ValleyFair over the summer and it was a blast. The scary part is getting stopped at the top and then going backwards.

I didn't know what it was since I've never been to VF but this is a good video of it operating:
I rode it at Valleyfair during ACE's 2006 Preservation Con. I belive it was discounted to $5. The Sky Coaster was also discounted. I had planned to do both, but the Sky Coaster was booked for the night by the time I got around to it. This was my first (and currently only) Skyscrapper. I loved it.

I hate and will always hate the trampolines. Worst investment ever.

They couldn't have cost that much.

More then you would think considering 4 main components of the ride can be bought at Wal-Mart.
Wow I really hope it's Skyscraper. I think that would be a fantastic addition to Challenge Park. I've actually never done anything at Challenge Park... mostly because I've been on a Ripcord clone at Kings Island, and I can do the other stuff outside of the park. But now I might have a reason to check it out :)

The trampolines actually cost 30 grand.

I'll really miss them. Most inversions in the park, and sadly I never got a quadruple backflip all the way around.
I guess I can just pray for them to be moved to the empty space between Race Park and soak city.
And to think that Rebound use to sell the 4-way for only $20,000, Randall.
They're too big! *German Accent*
