If I recall correctly, in either late 2002 or early 2003 (During some of the time I was working Thunder Canyon) a guy that worked the Stockade employee food stand got fired for having a relationship with someone who was a red tag, but was 17.
Wow - really? They actually fired someone for that? How could they do that? One of my seasons I dated a 17 year old employee when I was 19...it was not an issue at all. And everyone knew, even our manager. Just having a relationship with someone - that isn't illegal. That stinks they would let someone go over something like that.
it depends on the situation surrounding it.......it could have been an issue with the parents and if they had warned the employee that he couldn't see this person and continued to do it then they could let him go. you have to rememeber that 17 is a minor
