I think a train will wake you up at maples, i woke up to the train while staying at castaway bay.

FYI the guy at the Maples called me back yesterday. Their opening day is the park's opening day. Wow using that promo code at Breakers gives a better deal than using my platinum pass! Looks like I may have to stay on point next week!

I never had problems with the trains at Maples, but then again, I am a heavy sleeper. I believe they will give you ear plugs if you ask for them.

A Bit more is quite and understatement! lol I would love stay on site too but put it this way, I could stay 15 mins away from the park and pay 180 for two nights or stay at the park and pay 200+ for one night! I love Cedar Point but I'm not willing to shell out a ton to sleep! Lol.

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn and the Fairfield Inn in Sandusky. Fairfield Inn is nicer. I have also stayed at Sandcastle Suites. Sandcastle Suites would be my top choice of the three.
