New Ride Host Uniforms

Anything that you buy from wardrobe, when they take money out of your paycheck, you get to keep. Therefore you will have it if you decide to return for a second year. So, anyone who is 2nd year or longer typically doesn't have to buy new stuff which is nice to help keep larger paychecks.

I still use parts of the blue suit and rain suit. They're pretty good quality, and the blue suit is comfy and warm. A few people have said Walmart has the identical rain suit for cheaper than wardrobe, but I'd definitely make sure you're getting the exact same suit before you buy it there.

I was told by a reliable source that the "blue suits" are black this year.

If that's true, its sucks for those of us who have them. :-/

I donated my rain gear. It was like a tent on me, but it worked. I just didn't want to blow more $ on wardrobe

My best purchases at wardrobe are the sunglasses, (though I went through a few pairs...lost them all) they were only $3 I believe....and the hat!!! I LOVE MY HAT! It only cost me I believe either $3 or $4, and I wear it to this day. It's a good idea to get the hat instead of the visor, because your scalp can get sun burned. I like how the cornerstones are on it.
I got away with wearing a CP hat that I bought at hat rack with my uniform, as well. I remember dragster ride hosts wearing dragster hats.

^^ If that's true, I doubt they would prohibit you from wearing the older blue suit, but that's just my guess.

... really?! If so, I'd totally get a black one. Do you know if they say Cedar Fair or Cedar Point? (Although, I'm going to assume they say Cedar Fair)

I think last years were better. These ones look too cheap and they look like a uniform for a small town family owned park of something...not a corporate park like CP.

I actually heard that the "black suits" are navy blue from an employee that has been there for about a month. Lol.

I'm not buying a new Blue/Navy blue suit. They better let us wear the ones from years past...if not that's bull****.

I haven't worked rides yet, this will be my first year doing that, but I always remember ride hosts for the bright blue shorts!

I like the bright blue shorts and the suits better too. Of course, my first year they want to change everything up. But it doesn't bother me about the new ones, I'll survive.

So I love the uniforms. I didn't think I would like them. But I am an extra small in the shirt which makes me happy. I was an XL two years ago.

Wait, so the sizes are labeled completely different from the old uniforms, or you lost a lot of weight...which one? (serious question)

I was wondring if you could purchase shoe( white work shoe) at wardrobe?? if so do they deducted the money out your first check also?

They do offer shoes. But you'd be A LOT better off by getting your own shoes and bringing them with you. The ones they offer are crazy uncomfortable.

and there are no pockets on the shorts :(
