New Ride Host Uniforms

^^^LOL...I answered him on his other post...your response made my pointbuzz browsing night so much better xD

My question was going to be, if we don't like the shorts they give us, for example: the length of the shorts, can we buy ones of the same color and wear them? Because last year I saw ride hosts with some short shorts. I don't like my shorts being above the knees.

You have to wear the uniform they provide. If it doesnt fit you appropriately they will provide an alternative. All ride hosts wore the same shorts last year. With the exception of most girls wearing the onezies. But they did away with those. But honestly those shorts are considerably long.

What I said was - Im not an employee, but I have a question. Are the ride operator uniforms for sale? Well, I mean does anyone have the an extra one you use today and dont want? If so, Ill take it! :)

^^^Answered you in your other post mate. I'll just tell ya here too though lol...You're not ganna be able to buy the uniforms out right. It'll def. be a breach of security & whatnot...Like if you walked on a ride, or whatever, you could say you're here to work ect,...It def. won't happen lol

are you asking about the old uniforms? If so...I think they burned them...jkjk

...and if they didn't they should...at least the shirts and the jumpers not the shorts, i loved the blue shorts

but yeah, you can't buy them, the only people that have them would be the ones who took them from the park, which they got in trouble for and now can't apply again...so chances are they won't give them to you...

In 2002, at the end of my contract, Wardrobe gave me the option of buying my shirt. I think they deducted $17 from my final paycheck. I was not blacklisted from applying again.

It's not just the shirt, it's the memories......

My mom turned it into a quilt along with other memorable shirts of mine.

Eh yeah I guess...Lol whatever works I guess..No way I could ever see myself spending that much on just a shirt...I'm way too cheap :D

And BTW, @Erin 166, the uniform I mean is the one you have in your picture. (No I dont mean the girl one, if that is one. I mean the boy one) :3

Yeah she has on the male uniform. Most girls decided to wear that, because the female one was a terrible fit, and whatnot...Lets not go there haha..lets keep up with the new uniforms :D

But Im asking is: Do you guys have an extra one for me?

Like she said earlier, uniforms are turned back into wardrobe..if you don't give them back (unless you pay for them I guess) you get black listed...Sorry mate but your chances of even getting a uniform...Best bet would be to talk to a shop to try and replicate it, but then you're ganna spend alot haha

Tbh, the uniforms from what I heard weren't comfy & whatnot...But idk...Wasn't there for it lol

You do realize that you are going to spend much more than that to buy your blue suit and rain suit, that I guarantee you will need, right? Just saying.

And you can NOT purchase our uniforms period. Guest or not. Maybe once they are retired, it may be an option for employees, but our uniforms are checked out to our names. We have to return them at the end of season or we can not completely end our employment for the season. We don't just keep them sitting around for the heck of it.

Bother. Ill make my own then! >:D

Or just search through uniform company websites to find something close to it.

I do realize I have to spend 50 or so dollars for the blue suit...I'm cheap on the side of spending 17 dollars for one low quality shirt lol...The blue **** is function. You could buy a better shirt at A&E, ect. for the same price...Btw do we get to keep the blue suit considering we purchase it? That was one thing I was wondering, if not oh well xD
