New paint

Magnum is starting to look orange? Silly me, I thought it was that color from day one...:)

Orange is better than pink had they decided to go with red.

Actually kylepark you got the right park but the wrong coaster. If you want to see an ORANGE arrow coaster look at Anacanda. If you want to see what happens to a faded RED arrow coaster after 15 years look at Magnum.

That really makes me realize how long that original paint has lasted! Much longer than any other coaster at the Point. And it doesn't even look that bad. It will however look great when it is repainted in the original RED color.

Maybe the only reason they aren't repainting the ride is because they don't know what color they originally painted it. ;)

Any explaination for the orange test paint on Magnum. I think when it continues to receive that paint, the paint will still be orange and not turn red in a miracle

However, I remember Magnum being Red it's opening season.

Enough already!!!! This topic seems to hit a couple times a year regarding Magnum. It is RED. Or WAS red. The red does have somewhat of an orange tint. Pull out the Crayola's and look at Orange-Red. It is close to that, however red seems to be predominant.
