New Lumber on Point

There are several pallets of treated lumber in the Soak City lot over by the campgrounds. Looks like 2x4's and 4x4's or close. Certainly not enough to build a ride though.

Is it unusual to store general repair lumber out in the open parking lot - or is this the sign of a staging ground?

Must be for that 500 foot woodie.

There's usually always new lumber sitting around somewhere on Point this time of the year. Its just replacement lumber for either Blue Streak, Gemini, Mean Streak, CCMR, or a wooden structure in the park.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.

When we were there last weekend we saw new lumber under Gemini. My thought is the new lumber will be used to replace existing lumber that may be showing signs of aging.

pre-fab woodies are dropped in by parachute.

Then Umpa Lumpas bolt it in place.

There was tons of wood in the SC parking lot back before the 06' season started. No big deal, it's usually used to replace old wood on MS, CCMR, Blue Streak, and Gemini.

Its for the 600 FT hooters thats going in MS place!

I have just recieved top secret info from Kinzel. He said the pile of wood is for an outhouse.

Actually, Kinzel told me that the wood is for the new fence and que-line going around Longhorn.

They cut that material up, slap some tomato sauce on it, some cheese, and there you have your CP pizza.
