That is the same spot that they stored parts for Skyhawk. Though T&T indicated that the wood stored there was intended for Gemini. So, it may be likely that this is merely for upgrading existing structures, but no one here really knows for sure.

Maybe they will rebuild Big Dipper along the beach by the aquatic stadium and rename it to it's original name "The Clipper". That would be cool IMHO! :)

Yeah thats just an animation problem they have that and its really too complicated to fix just that, if there were like 3 problems they might consider it.

I saw said wood today. There's only 3 or 4 piles and it looks like pressure treated lumber. Doesn't look that interesting.
