From what I saw of the new MF cars..they look preety sleek with a very cool coloring scheme and emblems!! Very different than what were used to from CP..not to divulge too much info

I think the big orange block logo looks completely stupid. I like the way "Cedar Point" is lettered across the front lip of the train, but the MF words themselves look bad. What happened to the "M" swish and the justified "Millennium Force" text?

Looks as if they wanted to beef up the lettering from looks..The text for Millenium Force though i actually like..The smaller Millenium word with the Large Force text and the Orangish/Fiery text color is loud though if ya know what I mean Jeff..I agree though..the Silver Cedar Point text on the Lip does add a lot to the car from a front perspective..IMHO regarding the MF swoosh..Cp wanted the full words of Millenium Force to stand out..hence the large Text and Font on the top face of the cars..It definitely accomplishes that!! The Yellow headrests sure stand out and go with that blue though nicely too..

Hey! Jeff I want some pictures! I feel so left in the dark! :(
Anyone remember the old logo? It looked a lot like the logo on that lead car. Odds are the train was painted up long before the change. Personally, I would expcect to see the swoosh on the trains come May.

Well, I hate to be a bother, but I would like some pics too. I know you guys probably look at us as annoying by now, but this is all very interesting to us and any new info is greatly appreciated, as is all your work, but some pics would be really nice, so send em here if you get the time.
Er...the headrests are not yellow; they're black, at least in the photos I have seen. The lap bars, on the other hand, are yellow.
Scott also pointed out to me that the nosepiece of the train seems to be a little higher than on S:ROS. I'm hoping that makes up for them not putting an air deflector on the 'hood' in directing the 92 MPH wind *over* the front seat riders instead of into their faces.
--Dave Althoff, Jr.
Actually, the seats and headrests are a nice tan color, like the interior of my car. Comparing the pics to my S:ROS pics, I can tell you that the nose piece is only a few inches higher, flush with the assist bar in front of the seats, so it looks like you're taking that wind in the face. Your knees will still catch wind.
Another interesting thing... the seat belt, there's only one installed in the pics I've seen, hangs from the lap bar and connects to a buckle bolted on to the side of the seat (think Raptor in reverse). It seems weird, but I guess it's much easier to deal with compared to hunting for the belt in the seat then squeezing your rump in between the belts.
There are pads on the side bars of the seats too, something Superman was missing. There are not covers on the sides of the seats, presumably because that's where the belt buckles are.
