^ Ok sure! She liked it a lot and the 1st drop scared the crap out of her. The second time we rode she wimped out and closed her eyes down the first drop. I then told her afterward she hadnt ridden MF til she rode the front row (we rode the back the 1st two times) and she promised to keep her eyes open. We ended up riding the front row on Saturday at about 8:15, right when the sun went down. Her first front row ride consisted of getting pelted my a hundred insects! We got back to the station and our faces and shirts were covered in what looked like little nats! It had been about 3 years since I last rode the front and got that many bugs on me! Despite the bugs she loved the front, and we went back and rerode the front the next morning on a bugless ride!

This past weekend i rode the back seat for the first time after being sold from several rides from the front seat which is still great. I experienced the most intense forces than any place in the train , i was quite impressed. The front seat is fine, but the back seat is divine. Rock on MF
TTD launch is the ultimate rush
Millennium Force is the greatest coaster in the world
All i can say is when it comes to great coasters all have their strengths. Millennium force probably doesnt have the airtime that superman does, but what is the CONSENSUS. Everybody has their preferences, but millennium force still rocks nobody what you say, it didnt win the golden ticket without being something.

I think the Milllennium is an excellent coaster! I don;t know if it is my favorite or not though. I can't decide. I sure do love the Raptor!

^^ The Consensus with a REAL vote (Mitch's Online Poll) has Expedition GeForce in Germany as #1 and Superman Ride of Steel at New England at #2. Its a rare find to find someone who doesnt have one of those 2 as their #1 if they have ridden either of them. IMO, The Golden Ticket awards are somewhat biased toward Cedar Point because the consensus would not have Magnum in the top 3 among other things.
Dont take what im saying the wrong way...MF is my #2 out of like 250 steel coasters! *** Edited 9/15/2005 1:53:48 PM UTC by SuperNitroForce***

Dang 3 years wow thats a long time. How often do you come to Cedar Point dude?
Ive been to CP 3 times this year for a total of 5 days. Id say 5 times last year and even more the couple years before that. I guess I just lucked out and didnt get bugged for a while!

MF was the best the first 10 times I rode it... now I realize after riding it a ton that I don't think it is the best coaster ever. I guess I really just don't like the quick ride up the lift... kinda insta-thrill like TTD. And honestly aside from the first drop its all about speed. The camel backs are kinda mehh to me anymore... I swear I get more airtime on Magnum. It could have used some more steep drops. I think there was just a lot more they could have done with that ride. The over banked turns are the most over rated element ever on a rollercoaster right next to the "Jo-Jo" roll. These days after the first drop I find myself bored until the last little airtime hill next to the station.
Seriously though I still Love the ride don't get me wrong. But for an overall ride experience at CP I really would rather ride Magnum or Raptor... I find I never get bored riding those 2 from start to finish.
Just thought id link you guys to a more "fair" coaster poll for the top coasters...
http://www.geocities.com/wcoasterpoll/
This always seems to be the most accurate poll, and youll see both MF and TTD near the top!

TopThrill, I would hope you get more airtime on Magnum than on Millenium, that's what Magnum is supposed to do.
SuperNitroForce, how is that a more "fair" poll? He's looking at a sample of 202 people. The only "Fair" poll (like the BCS ;)) would be to have all your pollsters ride EVERY operating coaster and rank them. Since noone has done that (or at least not enough people to make a sufficient poll out of) then there is no such thing as a fair poll. And the one you listed is just as out there as us polling on here or the Golden Tickets.

I absolutly love the Millennium Force. It is better, sadly, than the TTD (when it works, that is). MF is pretty much always working, and always has a rush even if you've ridden it a gazillion times. It is definatly my #1 coaster. Well, besides the Gemini Jr., but that is a different story!
MF all the way.
Raquel + Cedar Point = one HELL of a time! :D
And also- don't be afraid of the drop. Enjoy that thrill and rush of being alive baby!

How can you even think that this isn't the best rollercoaster ever made? Or at least definatly up there! MF is definatly just mindblowing, even if you've ridden it so much you think that you could draw it out perfectly on a map! MF is definatly awesome! But- as long as you have a favorite ride from Cedar Point, it is all good! But anywhere else, i.e. Six Flags, you are just insane. :D have a nice day!
