I'm of the mindset that people are entitled to feel how they feel, regardless of what others think they should feel. You're absolutely right - you're entitled to your feelings.
But in what world do you live in where you're so spoiled-to-the-core rotten that you'd feel entitled to whine about the park being late, having been invited to a free ERT event?
Who said I whined, and who said I was talking about my feelings? I was quite comfortable waiting in Breakers, watching the line dwindle down until I walked up.
And yes, people can feel what they want, and be judged by others for it. A lot of that happens around here fer sure.
I wasn't at Media Day for Cedar Point, but I did go to the one for Kings Island last month. I find it fairly ironic that it was 88 degrees for CP's and about 30 degrees for KI's.
Myself and many others waited an hour or more in the freezing cold from about 4:30AM to get registered and get in. Was it fun waiting in the cold? No, but it was free, and it was a chance to do something that most don't get to do. Will I do it again? Yes, but not in the same way. For most of these types of events it seems like showing up really early or really late is the way to go.

Oh, you're right. You didn't whine much.
Just here.
Oh, and here also.
And then there was this one.
Also this one here.
And finally, here.
So, again, yes, you're right - you're entitled to feel like the park didn't do enough to accommodate the folks invited out for a free event, which included food, souvenirs, and ERT on 5 rides. But bitching about it in a public forum is another level of entitlement entirely.

Well, I suppose factual stating is considered whining in your view. Sorry to put a fractal in your perfect world.
OK, so you're not whining. You're simply "factually stating" how all the free stuff you got wasn't good enough.

I appreciate that you like to spin things to allow you to post sarcastic, demeaning things to anyone and everyone you can, but what you wrote right there is simply false.
As much as you'd like to think I was, I wasn't in the entry line bitching, nor was I the guy at the Millennium walkback perpetuating the bitching, nor was I the guy that apparently Jeff has to revoke membership thereof. I suppose I did comment that the "crab" fries were a bit overrated, and not the epitome of human existence that some people apparently think they are. I guess having that opinion was wrong of me. I deeply apologize to all "crab"-fry Americans and will undergo fry diversity training to help better understand and appreciate the nuances of the fry that is called crab, but is not actually crab.
You were justifying the bitching of others, which reflects poorly on the community.
