Some of the notifications Google sends my phone & what appears in my Google Now. Most impressive, almost scary. I'd love to see how much data they have on me.
Not to hijack the thread, but if you are curious on what Google has on you, log in to http://myactivity.google.com. It lists all your previous searches and other activities (GPS on Android, etc), as well as settings to manage your account. Looking at my data, I felt more scared than I would be hearing metal deforming on WindSeeker... B-)
Many people in the "Millennial" generation, including myself, don't type in addresses in the search bar. I cannot tell you the last time I did so. I Google search wherever I'm going, even if it's as simple as PointBuzz. Obviously, I have PointBuzz bookmarked but this is in the cases of websites I don't have.
Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!
I think Mystic Timbers looks very exciting!
Anyways, I think anything as big as MS getting refurbished can be ruled out by this point considering that KI has already announced their plans and CP hasn't even dished out any excitement.
1999: First visit
Halloweekends- Harvest Fear, Tombstone Terror-Tory
Ride Operations- Professor Delbert’s Frontier Fling
As seen in virtually all the cedar fair parks, they like to try out new options in the other parks before trying something that could be deemed risky at CP, the flagship park. My guess is they will see how this new GCI fairs at KI and based on that, see if it's something that could come to the point in the future.
Aside from that, I think the Mystic Timbers looks cool. I am in love with the graphic/logo for it.
I agree with the 2018 for MS. Seems like they are just marking it early.
I'm not extremely excited for the KI GCI. Wood is not something that KI has a shortage of. A solid addition none the less, but I've only been on Thunderhead and it was extremely rough. I experienced more jack hammering than Kings Dominion's Hurler.
2018- Raptor
CP Top 5- 1)MF 2) Maverick 3) Gatekeeper 4) Top Thrill Dragster 5) Raptor
^What?? Racer, back car, Vortex, 7-1, Beast, Last car middle row, Diamondback, back car??
This GCI will give more air sure, agreed. But they've had ejector air. I'm excited for the new coaster though. A new GCI locally makes me pretty excited. Those trains are worth the ride alone to me, they're so incredibly comfy on a coaster. Plus working five minutes from the park doesn't hurt either.
I still think Mean Streak is a potential for next season. This season I think it's going to be all about Soak City, which is awesome, that area needs it, and I'm stoked if they use the area that was formally Challenge Park for more water attractions. There's so much there to use.

I'll grant Racer and Diamondback. But Vortex? It may have airtime, but it's horrifically rough. And about 3% of The Beast has airtime. The rest is just a meandering (though admittedly exciting, especially at night) trip through the woods.

Ride in 7-1 for Vortex, it's not that bad. It stays on the rails better on that car & doesn't jostle. It's the only row I sit in now. Anywhere else is pretty brutal I'll be honest. The first drop in 7-1 though is fantastic. It may be the best drop on any Arrow still around that I've been on.
Beast, yeah, after the first two hills it's pretty lame in the airtime department, but it does throw you on those in the back.
