..wasn't running good in January, and it's not running good now. it's painful watching those PTCs lumber around the course. Perfect location for the next 200+ footer.
RCCOTW
It wasn't running at all in January. Not sure if that's supposed to be the point and an attempt at sarcasm or not.
I can also think of a lot of cool coasters/rides/attractions Cedar Point could benefit from that have nothing to do with being 200 feet tall.

People are focused on Mean Streak as a possible RMC rebuild, but what about Gemini? Even though Gemini has steel track, the wood structure can certainly be adapted to use the RMC track. Gemini's numbers aren't what they once were and a new RMC dueling/racing coaster would be highly marketable, just like Colossus.
No!!! Leave Gemini alone!!

No sarcasm needed, the only good thing about MS is that the structure is awesome to look at, so it is just as good in January (if not better due to possible snow) than it is now.
No obviously I don't. But mean streak was a half hour wait much of today while other coasters such as corkscrew and mine ride had no wait. It's called empirical evidence. All I'm saying is there are people who like mean streak and enjoy riding it. The great thing about CP is there is something for everyone. You don't like mean streak? Fine. No one is forcing you to ride it. So quit complaining about it. Go ride the other rides that you do like. Not every ride has to be everyone's favorite.
Rode mean streak today, about half way through the long straight part of the que on the left side i noticed a wooden marker sticking about 6 inches out of the ground. It had a pink ribbon tied around it with RMC written on it. Rmc was wrote on the wooden marker, resembled a paint stirrer shoved in the ground. This area of the que was enclosed, so only an employee or surveyer would have access to get to this spot. Also, if there would not have been a line and i did not stop in that exact spot, i would have never noticed it. Can post a pic but don't know how.
