We now have over 2 months of very few visible things to look at. What is this world coming to? :)

I would guess only a couple weeks, then they should start testing. Hopefully the cam will catch some pictures of the testing. Or flip to the funcoast cam and the gondola should be visible.

Is it just me, or does the whole structure seem a bit smaller than Delirium??

I don't think the webcam does it justice.

Look at the station cam with TTD. The webcams are at a distance and really don't do any justice at all. Seeing TTD for the first time in person shows how pictures don't quite cut it.

I saw plenty pictures of Dragster before I went to the park and saw it and person and I couldn't believe how huge it was, it was so much bigger than I anticipated. I've seen Psyclone, a Huss Frisbee at Paramount Canada's Wonderland and it is really huge, I can't wait to see how big maXair will be since it is a Giant Frisbee.

We'll miss you MrScott and Pete

The only types of pictures that sort of do justice are aerial photos. But I also agree about the whole Dragster being bigger in real life than in pictures(I could tell you what I was thinking when I first saw it up close but I want to stay a member of PointBuzz). Anyway, I'm sure the same thing can be said for maXair.
But just to think of scale, the structure is only as tall as Cork Screw, small right? BUT also keep in mind that at full swing, maXair will be just as tall as Mantis! And that means it will be easily visable from alot of areas in the park.

It's the lens on the camera.

Vince982- I believe the Psyclone at PCW is a Mondial Revolution, not a Huss Frisbee. It's bigger than a standard Frisbee, but not as big as the Giant Frisbee. If you haven't tried one of these, get ready for one of the most thrilling flats going today.

Do frisbee rides feel like pirate ship rides? Ocean Motion is one of the only rides my stomach doesn't like.

The most similar ride I've ridden would be a KMG Afterburner, which exerts a LOT of force. Regular Frisbees (inward facing) are not very forceful. But, they are much smaller. I would suspect that this ride WILL cause you (Gomez) nausea.

Delirium at PKI doesn't give me that weightless feeling. Even without that feeling, it's still an awesome ride. I'm closer to PKI than CP, and I rode Delirium so many times over the summer, and it never gets boring.

Delirium at PKI felt nothing like ocean motion or any of those swinging ship rides, it was just pure speed and staring at the sky. The g's are suprisingly forceful as well. Amazing ride in my opinion, one of my favorite flats.

It's just you. See previous post. You'd think with your minute-by-minute play-by-play that you might have caught that.
