Let me guess. The 3rd WEB CAM isn't Refreshing because they don't want to show what they are doing on the STATION and the TUNNEL around that area. Could it be; because the TRAINS are sitting right there too?

And everyone was on winter vacation so there was no one to fix it. I suspect it will be opperational within the next day or 2.

I like that they keep the webcams in operation as well as they do. I seen Tony Clark climb on scaffolding to get to the Maverick webcam this past summer to clean it out and clean the lense.
