New T&T Blog with some FANTASTIC photos of things that we have been wanting to see since announcement (Queue house, ride entrance, and tunnel exit). As well and a construction gallery update coming tomorrow (May 3rd).

The exit to the tunnel is very cool! I can't wait to see how much of a head-chopper effect that gives!

Cheez, it does not look like that big of an opening to be comming out of the launch with your hands up.

it is big enough, you come out sideways. Plus they wouldn't have allowed it if you couldn't have at least stretched arm length.
I love the shape of the opening, for some reason it attracts me cause its a little abstract. =]
Is it just me or does anyone else think that the small square footer we saw by the exit of the tunnel (before metal was put on) might have been used for the exit section of the tunnel? Seeing that the exit section is farther in the tunnel than the render showed, I’m guessing (given the fact that the footer was a bit too close to the track for an on-ride photo camera) the footer was used for the framing of the service doors we see at the bottom of the last pic.

that's CP taking "arms down" to a new level
Yea, that will be "heads down" for me!
P.S. I'm 6' 3"!
R.I.P. Mr. Scott
Im 6'7" and while I know that obviously It will be fine...it should be a pretty good effect coming out of that tunnel at 70 mph.
I also like how they tucked it into the tunnel that way with the overhang, it cuts out any light from actually entering the tunnel exit. With every set of pictures whether it be from Walt,T&T or the construction gallery I get more and more geeked and blown away by how great this ride as a whole looks!
Theres Few rides that I can't actually ride, Corkscrew or any Arrow Looper with the "CF" seatbelts are a No Go...And even then My torso is long,so the harness rides up real high as some of my friends know! But I fit into the Intamin OTSR's So I should be alright.
I like that it looks as though a good part of the queing will be out of the sun, the only thing that concerns me are the mayflies. I remember the large amount of bugs in and around that building when WWL was there. Perhaps they were drawn to the water? I don't know. I'm not going to complain though, that tunnel looks amazing. I can't wait to be launched out of that tiny opening. What a rush! I

It's very cool to see this project getting the final touches. The queue looks as if it is the only area still getting worked on, along with some landscaping.

^ I know, but also at the same time I can't hesitate to say that it does not look like the park is supposed to be open in just 10 days. 10 days, thats all... well 9 now. It is always like that before opening day, it never seems like they will have enough time to do everything and have it all ready, but they still pull it off year after year.

BG, I feel the same way as you... I look at those photos, and then think of Media Day one week from today (Thursday) and feel a bit nervous... but like you said, they always pull it off.
Ripcord Crew 2002 / MF Crew 2004
I'm going to bet, they are right on schedule. :)

They better be! And by the looks of the weather over the next 10 days... they will likely be ahead of schedule. :)
