Live Web Cams

It makes me so happy to look at the webcam and see all the night time lights on at CP. Just knowing they are open makes me happy, even though I don't yet have a date set to go.

^ You'll get there. Hang in there! A lot of people are going all weekend. I'm only going on Sunday because I have a Final to study for on Saturday as well as working my second job.

The park has only been open 30-minutes. The line for Valravn comes out from under the Raptor and snakes down the Main Midway past the Sky Ride station by Scrambler. And the general public hasn't even entered the park yet. I'd like to know how many hours that is and where the start of the line will end up.

Also, it is 9:40 and I haven't seen a ride open yet for passholders. Yes, the Valravn line is unbelievable.

Also...Iron Dragon now has 1 train operating...EDIT... apparently I can't count...there are 2 trains lol

Holy crap, the line for Valravn is long. But at least it's moving at a noticeable pace.

Last I saw it was down for maintnence with the rest of the park.

It is a very nice saturday and opening day though. Im sure it will be packed today. Is that a set of queue's in the midway where the line comes out?

Looks live Maverick is down, cannot not see any trains coming down the drop

Maverick was down most of the day, but everything else is smooth. It's not very crowded considering its opening day: the only ride with over an hour wait is Valravn.

Crowd isn't bad today, at least in my opinion. Valravn has been down numerous times today, other than that all I've noticed is the usual Maverick/ TTD issues.

Yep, Valravn has been down quite a few times today including the past several hours. Not a great world premiere day for Valravn the ride but I am enjoying Valravn the brew, Friday's has it on tap.

The point is getting some pretty rough posts/comments on facebook about yesterday and today.

Hopefully, kinks get worked out soon.

Assuming the Live Cam is, in fact, live, Valravn seems to be running again.

Maybe B & M only subcontracted part of the job to Intamin. :)

Looks like the inability to be prepared for the first day of operation carried over from last year (and all the years in the past 10).

Yep. The line WAS unbelievable, especially standing in it. I entered the line (which was behind the far Sky Ride station and close by the Corkscrew midway loop) at 9:30AM and got off the ride at 1:35pm. Over a 4 hour wait!! The threat of rain coming at 3 and 7 pm made me do the insane but the family was at the breaking point at the 3 hour mark and I think were just happy to get on/off at that point. It also started to notice little drops of rain at 1pm and was keeping my fingers crossed, just hoping to get on. The ride was great, the line not so much. I'll wait till early evening next time for my first night time ride and a much shorter line, haha.

Valravn operations were halted regularly due to high winds.

So many experts here. How are you not on the payroll or running your own parks?
