Does anyone know how long Rides can hold on to your app? Someone that I know says Rides has been holding on to his for about 13 days. How long can rides keep it before passing it on to his next job choice?

It doesn't work like that anymore. With the new system, you apply for each individual job you're interested in. So if your friend applied for rides, that application is for rides only.
