Job Assignments in 06!!

I just got hired on as part of the Wicked Twister Crew. I'm very excited about it, but also nervous cause i'll be quite a distance from home. Is this job really as much fun as i'm hoping it will be?

I just got hired on as part of the Magnum XL-200 crew for the summer! I am very excited to work at Cedar Point for the summer, but a littler nervous too. This will be my first summer working at the point and I hope it is as much as people say it is...any advice let me know! Thanks!

Wow! there are a lot of new people this year! Congrats to you all, CP is truly amazing, your first summer can seem alittle hard but in the end if you keep an open mind about things its all worth it. My first summer at CP changed my life forever, I fell in love and i made so many friends that i now have for a life time. Cp is un-like anything i've ever done, and i just want to say good luck to all the new people your going to LOVE it!!

OH yea!! by the way my name is Capt. Kirby i am the TL of paddlewheel aka the only ride on the CP lagoon!..hehe~ Cant wait for this summer Yay!!! :)

Yea this is my first summer too. I'm excited I have talked to acouple people so far and everyone seems really nice and cool. I know it's gonna be like hard work but I keep hearing its well worth it for all the people. I hope to meet alot of people and have fun too. I'll be working at Thunder Canyon this summer, THE best water ride in the park! :)

My process date is actually May 11th. So i'll be able to help show you the ropes by the time you get there. I'm still really nervous about taking this job though. I love theme parks and rollarcoasters, but have never actually worked with them. I live in a small town towards the southern end of illinois. Cedar Point is about 12 hours from my house! Hi my name is Patrick and i am the ATL of mine ride this summer. and like CaptKirby said work at cedar point is a great time. you will meet alot of cool peolpe from every were and get to do some cool stuff too . and if you love rollercoaster like i do it will be the best job you every hade you can be around coaster 24/7 it great and don't for get ride nigths the some much fun to. if you don konw what a ride nigth is. it is just for cedar point worker and thay keep one ride open after cloes so all the worker can ride it and the ride nigth have themes too that make it so much fun and you get to hang out with your crew and ride a coaster after the park is cloes it great . and make sure you come to my ride nigth it's in aug it call big bash and you have to stop by and ride the mine ride for me. to all new cedar point work have a great summer and if you need to konw enything about working at cedar point you can im me at coasterhill531 .2006 summer is going to kick asss...

hahaha. that was my favorite day of the whole summer. i couldn't even believe it.......

Hey All,

Im Michael and I will be starting my first summer at Cedar Point June 1st on Skyhawk! I am freakin stoaked about this job. Im driving from Texas(which is about 18 hrs.) my first summer out of high school. What a way to spend my first summer out of it! I keep hearing good things about CP and get more and more excited. I cant WAIT! 113 days to go! I dont get out to many out of state theme parks....its pretty bad, hah! So this is definantly going to be one hell of an experience for me. gawd, I cant wait!

Im looking forward to it. I was really hoping for a coaster(as most people would want) but getting put on one of the first crews of a new ride promises to be a rewarding experience. Of course there is always the opportunity for cross-training.
