Now they can replant some trees in and around TTD... so that my kids (provided I have some) can ride ID and experience the same cool forest roller coaster that I did as a child.
BTW - Jillly, thats the coolest signature I have ever seen!

Many times, alot of times when the park closes for the night...lol. I've seen it many times stuck on the second hill.
Easy tiger.
Has anyone ever noticed that as the train starts up the first hill it will leave the station and then go very slow, nearly stopping, up the hill and then resume speed? I've had it happen once or twice.
We'll miss you MrScott and Pete
thats what it is supposed to do with a 3 train operation, it speeds up as the train ahead clears the second lift hill
I've been stuck on the second lift once, and it was quite an interesting situation really. Its a bit of a long story though, so I won't go into it. But yeah, if you look over at the second lift while your going up the first you can see just how much that blocking system comes in handy.

Three things you need to fix anything in the universe: duct tape, WD-40, and a hammer. Duct tape if it moves and it shouldn't, WD-40 if it doesn't move and should, and the hammer as the last resort.
I love riding ID, because you can scream OMG were stopping while going up the lift hill. Plus my Wife loves it cuz she does not like the extreme coasters like I do. Peace Mike
I love acting scared on Iron Dragon, its fun as crazy to do. Especially when your going around the slow turns like around Mantis and Dragster. I scream stuff going up, like OMG this is too High, I'm going to get sick...lol.
I really enjoy ID each time I ride it. It's obviously not the biggest and "baddest" in the park, but it's a refreshing change and a peaceful coaster, you can't beat the last car, especially after the second lift, you really get swinging.
