Anyway... I'm working Power Tower.. My first summer to work.. I've been visiting the point since I was like 3. I live in Lansing, MI and go to college here.

If I remember right, you will be working in Park Op, and you will meet a lot of people. The blue tags have to see you to pick up/drop off their ride keys, and to check in with their supervisors. A lot of employees will be in and out of Park Op all day long. I met a lot of people when I worked there and I have life-long friends and memories!

Less is more. First year i brought NOTHING. Last year i bought EVERYTHING.

Looking back, that first year I don't think I ever felt like i forgot something and last year I never used most of the stuff i brought. not to mention how easy then awful it was to pack.

this year... i again will bring nothing. alarm clock and clothes -- and check the room i'm moving into first to see if they have a TV and fridge (that i wont ever use.) :)

i disagree that the returners all stick togeher. every year (this is my third) i have always gotten to know my crew and other crew in my zone the best. first year or returner doesn't matter, u meet a ton of people, and cliques don't really exist b/t the two groups.

ah well..I'll jump in....I'm Rich and I'll be the ATL of Disaster transport...as you can tell by my sig below...as far as returners and first years....don't let it get to you sometimes especially in the very begining of the season you'll see a lot of returners hanging out together....it's mainly because the haven't senn each other all winter...but get in there introduce yourself everyones usually very open and looking to make new friends, that's why some of us keep coming back....the friends and the fun....if you have any q's go ahead and IM me @ Ableza53080...see you at the point..

Hey guys. I just had my interview so I thought that I would finally register and introduce myself. My name's Billy. I hail from Lubbock, TX, and this will be my first year at CP. I'll be in the rides department, but I haven't got my assignment yet. I look forward to possibly meeting some of you this summer.

EDIT - Just found out that I'll be at Cadillac Cars. If that's the type of attraction I think it is, I'm happy.
