Hey everyone! It kinda seems like everyone here has worked at CP before. If there is anyone out there who will be a first timer(like myself), Speak up and be heard! We have to get to know each other and stick together. I have heard that with some of the people that have been here for years pretty much keep with their own clique. So, ANYONE who would like to introduice themselves and tell us a little about yourself, Please do! Im always open to meet new people.

I guess I can start.......

Im a 22 year old college student from South Florida. I will be working at cedar point for my first time and I will be working with the reservations dept. I know it sounds kinda boring, but oh well. I love sports, partying( didnt see that coming did ya? ) and the beach.

PS- this post isnt just for first timers, I was kinda hoping everyone who is on here would do an introduction

I'm gonna be new there too, if I'm hired, I think I will be. I'm from Tampa, Fl. and will be working Restroom Host duties. I like Movies, Coasters, and Lord of the Rings.

Thanks. I don't have any im software, I used to use msn, i hardly ever used aim. I have yet to know whether or not I'm hired, they gave me the 10 to 14 days bit, here's to hoping.

Don't worry they hire over 4000 people each summer and last year i applied middle of march last year and got hired. They need those 10-14 days to get alot of the paper work processed since there are alot of other people to hire and get paper work for them. If you want you can email me at xccoaster05@aol.com

Hello. This is my first time to Cedar Point too. I am going alone, most people seem to be going with a group of friends. On my contract it says I will be a park operations manager, I don't know what that means yet but its an office job. I am from Michigan and 21 years old. My process in date is April 1st. I am really nervous but ust hoping to meet a lot of people so it won't matter that I went alone. My AIM name is IrishKyttyn. Feel free to message me anytime.

I don't know what my process date is because I don't even know if I'm hired yet. I just had my Interview today, the guy on the phone (who?) said to wait 10 to 14 days. Can anybody tell me whats going to be happening next as far as calls/what I get in the mail/training goes?
