on average....how much are the paychecks...curious....

i start work june first and need 1400 to my college by july 3rd. lol

That wholey depends on how many hours your average week's gonna be, how long you're working for, and your rate. I find it incredibly easy to save money while I'm working over the Summer though, as you get direct deposit (no money burning holes in your pocket or whatnot), and unless you're a big spender you're not going to really be spending too much money. Getting into the park is free and Louie's is cheap, if you're into that sort of funk. Just don't spend money where you don't need to and I'm sure you can make 1400 by the end of june.

Its not that bad people. You WILL meet new people if you want to or not. :) It will take some getting used to but any kind of move will do that.

I deleated my prior posts as I don't want to sound like a "wuss" I was just saying that I understood how hard it was to go to a strange place and leave for family and friends. I am looking forward to meeting new poeple and plan on having a blast but what kind of a friend would I be to my freinds back home if I did not feel a little bad about leaving them for the summer.

dude...lay off. everytime i've seen you post it says nothing but negative and harsh things to people who post. the point of this forum is to help and support people who may be new, and to discuss the coming season. not lash out in hatred at someone who you don't even know. personally i don't see how you've made it so long working at CP with you attitude. take a chill pill, lay off, and if you don't like people having concerns or asking questions on here then don't come to the site, you don't have to. lashing out at people for asking questions or being concerned because they are uncertain or unsure only makes things worse and cause people to not want to ask questions, and therefore just assume they are doing the right thing and make mistakes. there now that i've put my 2 cents in i'll shut up.

I agree 100% with you SRF-CP FREAK. Genevieve M. Moxley you need to calm down cause in your post's it does sound like you're yelling at everyone that has questions. It's people like you that make the new comers ask the question "What are the employee's at CP like, are they friendly?"

Me too! I was abit nervous until my first nite at the rec center! You may be until your first party or first ride in the park. Everyone does go through it to some extent but an open mind and good attitude towards others will help!!! Have fun and dont worry be happy!
