If you, and you yourself were in charge for choosing the coaster for 2002, what would you choose?
Personaly I would choose a nice CCI woodie, packed with tight turns, and a ton of airtime. Located on the rumored boardwalk project.
My second choice would have to be a B&M Sit Down coaster. 10 Inversions.

My first vote would go for a GCI dueler. I think that that could fit nicely on the boardwalk. Incorperate features from the CP Cyclone, and you got yourself a world class ride.
I like woodies but I would like to see somthing never done before like an ArrowBatic or follow PKD and get a TA2K.

A nice, classic boardwalk woodie -- small and compact, much like Coney Island's Cyclone. Classic figure 8 footprint, painted white by preference, harkening to days gone by when the boardwalk/beach was CP's main attraction. Of course, if the boardwalk doesn't come to be, I think I'd like to see a multi-inversion sit down looper, much like Kumba of Busch Gardens.

Mabey another hyper, or a bigger and faster suspended. But a floorless would be nice.

Magnum-Just Ride It!!!
I would realy like to see a small (compared to MS) CCI woody. Something like the Cyclone of old would be very nice. Especially along a boardwalk. (hint, hint) But if that doesn't happen, I would be satisfied with a world record breaking floorless, for inversions, height, speed, ect., or an Arobatic. Now that would be cool.

I would love to see an ArrowBATic! They look so cool! But you know Cedar Point isn't going to be the first to get one :(
i would have to go for the wood...all the way wood. CP is sorely lacking in that department. something like Shivering Timbers or Viper(SFGAm) would be cool. maybe a combination of those two..ST's hills and Viper's tight turns and mega-headchoppers...probably not possible, but would be nice nonetheless....

Now don't flame me for this, but I personally would get a huge Arrow Megalooper. With the Tennessee Tornado being so SMOOTH, and well designed, I want to see what Arrow could do, if CP were to turn them loose with say, about 18-20 million dollars. I also think, since CP is such a trend setter, that the coaster would be the official re-birth for arrow. Their old coasters suck (cept for Magnum), but their new ones don't, and frankly, I'm getting sick of B&M's repetitiveness, Walter & Claude, it's getting old, you're going to have to think of something new, and I don't mean a new train type, or gimmick. They need a style change if they're going to survive in the future. Transition, Element, transition, element......that's getting old.
I would also like to see a GCI twister. NOT CCI, GCI makes the twisters, CCI makes the out and backs the best, let's keep it that way.
CCI, all the way.
They do not know how to make a bad coaster. Figure 8, out-&-back, double out-&-back, twister, it doesn't matter. It would single handedly change EVERYONE's opinion of CP's wood collection. For the Boardwalk, paint it white with red and blue railings, excellent for nostalga buffs.

Only 2,290½ miles from Cedar Po!nt.
In my opinion, I think CP needs another wooden coaster. (And let's try to avoid seat dividers and high backs, could we? ;) ) If the boardwalk happens, they need a small woodie on it.
Next-most needed is a good sit-down looper. Though I haven't been on it, I have heard pretty good things about Dollywood's new Arrow.
I love hypercoasters, but I really think that's one of the last things CP needs. They've got a ridiculously wonderful one (MF), along with a pretty good one (Magnum).

How dare you vanquish the Steel Phantom without his consent? Fear the Phantom's Revenge.
I've given this a lot of thought, and it's not just what I WANT to happen, but I think it WILL happen. I've given a look at Roar, Wildcat(Hershypark), Gwazi, and Lightning Racer, and I truthfully think think Cedar Point will get a twister.
In an interview somewhere, a CP rep. was asked what was next, and they said something along the line of, "Remember how we followed up Magnum?"
This is another reason I think it will be a woodie. Because after Magnum was built, 3 things happened, Soak City expansion, Avalanche Run was enclosed and themed as Disaster Transport, and the next roller coaster was Mean Streak.
PLEASE.. No B&M Floorless... After hearing all about them.. and seeing Medusa on Dicovery Channel adn A&E all the time. I got to ride one...
I love B&M but, personally, I was unimpressed...

Looking for me?? Take a guess where you'll find me...
These are my top picks...
1. B&M Floorless
2. GCI Wood Twister(it would be cool if it was dueling)
3. Thust Air 2000.
4. ArrowBATic
5. Journey To Atlantis type ride
I realize some of these are out of the question, but hey it would be cool if we got a JTA type ride or an ArrowBATic.

Gravity knows no force like Millennium Force!
I would like to see a larger Flying Coaster as long as Vekoma isn't making it.

Number 1 And Only Cedar Point.
Cyclone Racer re-do by CCI.
[who's got the option on the plans]
I am all about some sort of heavily themed water ride. Journey to Atlantis is exsquisit(sp?), but we all know Cp won't lean in that direction. I want some sort of CCI woodie. It doesn't have to be dueling but that would be a plus! ;)

"Your obssesed w/ that place aren't you?"
A Vekoma Boomerang, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A Hulk clone. For those that don't know what that is, it's a B&M launched looper (seven inversions). A wooden coaster with a ton of airtime would be a close second.
I would make amillenium force HIGHER and FASTER!
