I was in the park on Tuesday, and rode in the red train. I was unable to pull the required slack on Millennium Force. I pulled an inch and a half on the test seat, and and the required inch on the blue train on Saturday. I told the ride op that I had been there on Saturday and that I had fit fine, and he helped me snap it, and didn't even check for the inch thing. I got to ride. I don't know why I was not required to pull the inch of slack, but I didn't have to.

Park Operations would love to say that all the belts are the same length. After riding 20 times yesterday, I would have to say that no two belts are the same. Most of the belts I can get on with little to no trouble.
There are a couple that I can sit and struggle with, and need help from an op to get it on.
The Red Train seems to have the best belts, especially in the back.
On an unrelated note, I finally blacked out for the first time on MF yesterday. The trains are really hauling rear-end this year.
Height 6' 4"
Weight 270
Waist:41 at the hips (Wear size 42)
Just fit in next to last row of yellow train. Didn't have slack but ride op felt sorry for me. The same ride op saw me get get the slack on the test seat.
I had more than enough on the test seat.
Rode TTD just fine, but did notice some slight variation in belt lengths.

It's not practical or fair to those waiting in line. You'd end up slowing down ridership even more trying to find a seat on a train you can actually fit in and therefore end up making the people waiting for that row wait for the next train or split up their party so one of them waiting can ride.
The fact of the matter is that they shouldn't even NEED a system. If all the belts were the same length as the test seat there would be no subjectivity and everybody who fits in the test seat would be able to ride.

The first two rides on MF were on the second to last car of the red train, and I had no problem getting the 1" slack. Then my last ride was with a Freeway Stamp and I rode in the second to last car of the yellow train, and I had to pull hard to get the slack. The last two rides on MF were also with a bulky sweat shirt that no longer fit me, that might have been why.

So at least for right now, evidence is mounting that the last row of the red train is at least a little bit bigger than standard. Given the fact you can wait for the back row, and let people ahead until you get the red train, this may be the "row of choice" for larger riders who pass the test seat. The next question is whether both side of the back of red are the same length and if not, which one is longer.
just got back from our first trip this year. i had to know if my diet worked over the past 6 weeks. i am 6 feet 2 inches and weigh 265. i put the belt at the lowest point i could and sure enough, i had enough slack. the ride op glanced quickly at it and moved on without the tug of war routine. i was quite happy and plan to shed a few more pounds, just in case.

Same here. I'm sticking to the Atkins Diet for as long as it takes. Weight lose is the first goal, then I have to go on life time maitenence.

Height is hardly an issue for the ride. You might feel a bit cramped above 6'1" but unless you're taller than 6'5" I doubt you'll have trouble.
And for all you know, if you're 5'10" and already 13, you might have already had all your growth spurts and might not get any taller, if you do it'll only be a few more inches.
I was 5'9" when I was 13 and now at age 19 I'm 5'11".
