Read that earlier, and it looks like they're gonna have it up and down for the next few weeks or so.
Looks like they put the dummies in the trains again. They could be firing up testing.
i was up there yesterday and it said it would be closed all day. theysent a few trains out and they all made it and it ran pretty consistantly for awhile. just becuase they test doesn't mean they will open for all you who think that's what it means.
this sucks!!! i hope it's running soon
they could be opening soon because they were testing part of the day yesterday and it looked pretty good. still looks a little weird goin over the hill though. empty trains were barely makin it over.
man.... this is POO!!!! i'm planning to go up Friday with a friend and i doubt it will be running. well, for that matter i doubt that it wont be raining. 2 things i've come to expect in ohio lately, rain and TTD being closed. peace out skillets!

I head out to CP tomorrow myself. I'm hoping it'll be open, but I have doubts.
I was at the park yesterday all day and all they did was run some test runs but it was never open. I was amazed on how many people just seemed to sit around in the stands and watch it like it was actually going to run that day. Idiots! Especially since when I paid to park, they handed me a small yellow slip apoligizing that TTD would NOT run today and sorry for the inconvinience. I can only assume that EVERYONE who entered the park that day got one.

Dragster or no dragster I still had a blast. There's definetly plently of other rides and stuff to do as well. Personally I went on MF and I don't think anything soon will beat that thrill, not even dragster. Dragster might give you a similiar thrill as the Power Tower, but overall I think MF has it beat!

there is nothing like the feeling on the dragster its so amazing it beats MF by alot!
Maybe but MF is more lengthy than dragster is. Dragster only last like 20 seconds I heard, I think it would have been better to make it into more of a coaster after that incredible start and drop! Same thing with Wicked Twister, I don't even know how they can count WT as a coaster since all it does is go back and forth

Why can't more people realize this? Who didn't go to CP last year because they didn't have a 420 foot coaster? And BTW, I felt that nothing could beat MF too, but let me tell you, you just have to ride TTD. For me at least, nothing beats the sheer intensity of Dragster. If it was any longer, it just wouldn't be as intense :) But I respect anyone's opinion who doesn't like it.

I haven't been able to ride it yet, however it has not stopped me from making the crappy 4 hour drive from Grand Rapids MI to Sandusky 3 times this year. I could care less if I were to ride it this year. I'll be just perfectly fine with the others. In fact WT has now become my favorite next to MF and the line is never over 30 minutes for it!! I don't bank my trips on whether or not it is going to run. I would rather they get the kinks out before I ride it. Even though there are safety systems I would rather not be in line when it broke down. WT or MF have not broken down yet on any of my trips.

Blue people fly sideways when it rains....

i have to agree 100% with rollercoast03...you have no opinion until you have rode ttd.
you have to take into consideration the amount of room at CP they are running out i am still amazed at how they fit MF and TTD in.

Cedar Point does not have a space problem.

Honest truth told to me by marina gate readmissions host:

Host: Hand stamped, two cents.

Me: That's cool, I think I have two cents.

Host: I better not take it, by the time you leave here its all you'll have.

CP Freak, First of all stop posting like crazy. Organize your posts into one, Its REALLY annoying just reading your posts because they are basically pointless.

2nd, No CP doesnt have a space problem. You want to see space problem?...Look at SFMM with only 120 some acres and IOA with absically no space. There is a space problem for you. CP has plenty of space.

I'll be sure to do that. I'll just go get my suntan lotion on and go to the beach...oh wait...its midnight here...---ass

My comment was directed to all the people who have been giving a play-by-play all day long; I would've made the comment during the day, however I was a bit busy working and enjoying summer...

"Ass."

MF is still the best ride in the park, IMO of course. MF is better becasue its longer, i mean TTD is fun, but if i have to wait either 3 hours for TTD or 3 for MF....im getting in the MF line.
