Good and bad news on the train themeing.

Sorry, did not see it!

One of the ride operators told me yesterday that most likely the themeing will not return this season.

Somebody asked Monty Jasper today at the Q&A if the theming will come back, an extra row of seats added, or nothing at all.

His response was a definitive "maybe" for all three.

Heres my question. Is it me or was the post claiming they will remove the tires and install new seats a complete rumor that some random dude could have thought of when they saw the big space in the back of each train?

It’s not a rumor. At the CoasterMania Q&A, a person asked what was going on with the theaming on Dragster, and Monty said the following "well let me just say that we've had some issues with some of the stuff on the of the car itself and we're in the process of evaluating all of those with the manufacture. Ummm We're I think we are at a cross road here now at just what we want to do and we're talking through potential, even adding capacity to the ride to itself. So umm I would say that it was any secret that we’ve had some trials and tribulations as I've mentioned and that’s one of the areas and rather than push down that route, we have decided to take a breather and think about it a little bit." So the rumors of an extra row are true, along with the themeing coming back and them doing nothing at all.------------------

Speaking of the themeing, at the park yesterday behind the wall that is right by the big lights that shine up on the tower, the wing/engine's were all sitting behind that wall.

All I know is that the trains look really really dumb without the spoiler and tires. Isn't Goodyear paying money to have their name on the tires? I don't think that they could get away with just removing the sponsor's logo for good.
