Golden Ticket

September I think.

There are no golden tickets "for everything". That was the first time, and only because Maverick was brand new. It might be back this year, but I'd put the odds at 50/50.

If you mean the Amusement Today Golden Ticket Awards, then yeah, those were put up last on September 5, 2007.

Except this thread is about the golden tickets given out for last riders on Maverick on Closing Day.

Yeah, I know, but the "for everything" part was why I said that. Honestly, that's one of the least off-topic discussions we've seen, so I'm just glad of that.

Yeah but anyway back on topic..how come all of you always go off topic with these forums..ugh..

If you got a golden ticket on closing day..consider yourself VERY VERY lucky...i looked everywhere throughout the park..and so did all of my family...nothing..so congrats all of yall who got one!

Because that's how forums work. They are like conversations, do you ALWAYS keep the same topic in a conversation? No, it flows from one thing to the next, sometimes it requires a new thread, and other times it just flows.

I did see one, but it was around the neck of someone who had gotten it. Surprisingly, he seemed a little put off when Josh approached him with "The old west was.....", but then again, what do expect when wearing it around your neck.
