Gold Dorm Questions

I was wondering some things about the Gold dorms. 1) Do the rooms have locks that only you and your roommates each have a key to? (Besides a master key) 2) What is the most people they can put into one room (how many beds), and how many are usually in a room? 3) How many floors are there of the Gold dorm?

1.) yes, each of the rooms have locks and only you and your roomate will have the key for it (besides the master). 2.) Most of the rooms are for 2 people, there are some that can hold 4. The 4 people rooms have two set of bunkbeds, the 2 person room has a set of bunkbeds. 3.) Gold has two dorms buildings with 3 floors in both..

Please dont live in gold, you will regret the decision if you have transportation! It was a dump 22 yrs ago and still is!

Honestly I lived in Gold! It really is liveable! And its right on point! Which is nice! No its not the ritz and u will definitely have to spruce up your room! But u'll survive I promise!

No, all Gold is is basically a roof over your head and a bathroom down the hall. It's not that bad really, I lived there and I enjoyed it more than I think I would have if I lived in Common's (dorms or apartments!) I don't like having to live with more than one person, so for me it was good. We got lucky and our room was right next to the bathroom, so no problems there. There is the lounge area in building 1 on the first floor that has cable TV in it. Me and my roommate just watched basic cable, I was able to get my soap, so I was happy. We watched a lot of movies and such. Honestly thou, you aren't really in the room all that much to watch TV.

Yes you can, make sure you have an antena. Most people that live in Gold and any the other dorms and apt. brings a VCR or something..

Rabbit ears may work..If you bring a big TV, you may have to carry it up to the third floor..It's hard to tell what floor you will be on..and they take up a lot of space since the rooms are small anyways..
