Okay...I KNOW we had to be pushing under 10 minutes to ride, and get back on. My brother and I are young, in shape and fast. The year we tested this idea, we would ride the middle (no line and straightest jump to the exit steps), jump out and run through the exit and back on. we were REALLY hyper that year I think. But I know we got more than 7 rides an in an hour. But last year we didn't do it because it seemed like they were screwing everything up in the line.
Both times I went to CP (I live 4 hours away so I don't visit a whole lot a year) we saw that they closed the line toward the front, which really locked up the line to the back. And since a lot of people would want to ride in the back, that congested the station and stopped people from getting to the front. Eventually, station workers were saying you had to move to the front even if you didn't want to, which I never want to. I thought that line to the front was to eliminate that kind of problem.
Also, they seem to lock the last two cars off a lot when it's slow. If they need a weight limit, why do they do that? Last year, the line was so long I hardly wanted to ride it. and it was mainly because of those reasons. I loved it so much before because it was a great coaster and a walk-on.
So, I can only do this thing if
a.) 6 trains are out there.
b.) they are racing on both sides to keep the line moving
c.) They don't lock up the last two cars to make the lines even longer and
d.) people smack hands around the turns...It seemed last year that they didn't race a lot when I was there, and when they did, people weren't being very friendly :)...
That's a long post, sorry!!
And thanks Gemini Princess...maybe I can arrange my trip there when you're working so you can hook us up on our "quest" and keep those wheels red hot.
