Well on on point tony and tyler are just droping clues everywhere about the WWL area.

I think they could keep their mouth shut until we saw it or they were ready to show what is going there!!! What is next?

Ha! Skyhawk is the only ride going up this year. If another ride was going up for 2006, it would have been announced already. Sorry to disappoint everyone.

Well, they're not allowing for photos of the area to be released for obvious reasons. It's better to keep it a secret and reveal it later towards the end of the season when everyone is at the most anxious. Plus, it's much more fun to watch the construction over the season and not have any idea of what's being built....like how it was for Dragsters construction. "Wow, what in the world are they building!??" "I don't know, but it seems to be getting bigger every day!!!" :)

I said it was not likely oh about twice so i understand this but i also say it is a possibility and it is fun to wonder if they are just leaving us hanging to think about well what are they doing that we cant see pictures as TTD 120 said we know that its an obvious reason!

Did you ever think that the WWl area is still probably in the process of being cleared and there really isn't anything to see accept dirt? We probably won't see any activity there until the end of the upcoming season.

The last pic I saw of the site (back in november I think it was), it was pretty baren and bulldozers were still on site.

There is nothing to see. T and T probably said that because they are tired of people bugging them about it. It is not a giveaway, anyone who knew the thing was being demolished knew that something was going to be put in that space eventually. In fact CP even said it was going to be used for future expansion.

^ so true not funny. but like i had said im just saying that it seems like they are droping an awful lot of clues. and was stating it is a possiblility how ever not likely at all. I have hopes but not many at all. Plus i wanted to see what others thought of the idea of getting two rides in one year.

Also demon dropin' is probably right but we cannot confirm it unless someone goes and drives up there if they are staying at a resort or goes up to the marina! Again what i said was theoretical

I was referring to the secret of the ride.

Of course we (the fans and GP) will see the progress, but will we know exactly what's being built?:)

They could of course just build a wall. Though I'm sure some of us will either peek over, or figure out that if you turn your head to the left while going up Mean Streak's lift hill, you'll see it all.

In short, they can't keep us from knowing.:)

if they were real real real (need i go on) serious about noone seeing it they would build an entire enclosure but it would be pointless and too much costwise just to take it down.

A posibility is it could be an indoor coaster similar to rockin roller coaster at disney mgm. but i think its unlikely and most of us had made it clear that disaster transport sucks but thats mainly because of the themeing being removed but of course what themeing was there to begin with. LOL

I for one just hope its not an indoor but again posibilities that we dont tink of most of the time. I have not seen anyone even mentioning the posibility of an indoor. Probably because its too unlikely.

People who weren't even in the know were making educated guesses as far as what it was going to be, and they were relatively right. When Intamin track showed up on August 22, it was confirmed that it was going to be a roller coaster. The rumor mill said two coasters, seeing as there was red and white track, and some said that blue track was on its way.

So basically, the next 10 months will be exhilirating ride (no pun intended).

Unfortunatly I wasnt through the whole season....I wish I was though. After I found out about Dragster in Janurary, I followed it closely but after riding it on May 29th, I was hooked. It'll be cool to know that I was here for the very first beginnings of the next coaster...whatever it may be.

Not to get ahead of the game or anything, but HalloWeekends is celebrating a big milestone this fall. 10 years of spooktacular fun at America’s Roller Coast. We just found out that one of the “new” surprises this year will be a brand new Fright Zone. What’s in it? What’s it themed after? Will Tyler and Tony jump out at me again?

Didn't you guys hear? They tore WWL down for a mega Fright Zone area....

No way are they gonna do that but if they did i would be terribly dissapointed. I never make it to cedar point for halloweekends anyway. I need to one of these days this season! Thats a funny guess though!!!!!!!!

Yay for selective grammar. No offense, but it's difficult to read.

I haven't heard a single clue yet. Other than the fact that there are no pictures to be taken of the WWL site. That doesn't exactly scream roller coaster though.

If the new 2007 ride will be "big," then the most likely explanation is they'll be pouring footers during (this) off-season.

Don't try to find them when the park opens in May. They'll be well-hidden by then. It will allow them to start serious construction as soon as the park closes in Oct though.
