Fast Lane on Maverick

That's what you seem to be going out of your way to not understand - some people do not feel they got "what it said it would". That is, they are not happy with the value. Calling those people names and telling them to shut up is not a valid counter-argument, and it's grown to guru-level annoyance hearing you repeat it.

Going out of his way to not understand indeed!

If someone purchasing a Fastlane ticket is told it will be speedy and quick, why shouldn't they be entitled to a product that's speedy and quick by the common standard?

If Cedar Point we're only presenting Fastlane as a perk that allows you to wait half the amount of time, I could agree with thedevariouseffect's argument, but they are setting expectations higher with the wording in the marketing. For the price paid, I 100% understand the disappointment or frustration anyone waiting 45min would feel.

Despite all the reasonable examples presented, I think MavrickLaunch has it right when saying we'll just have to agree to disagree.

Just let this thread die. It's just turned into a big argument thread where devarious keeps repeating himself, but he clearly missed the point of the topic. The point of this topic was just to point out a flaw with Maverick.

I'm not OK with people thinking fast lane is there to make rides a walk on or damn near no wait.

Guess what, FL is there to make rides a walk on or damn near no wait.

Anyway, I don't know if others have noticed but the cycle time for Maverick is much slower than normal this year. It seems that trains take so damn long to leave the station. This alone will cause backups, FL or otherwise.
