Everytime I get on here, I keep getting more suspicious about what its going to be. This has been brought up before but didn't go far. This might not make a difference or have to do with it, but I thought it could be a dueler because of these supports. http://www.pointbuzz.com/Gallery.aspx?i=4544
To me it could be a sharp turn on both sides, like they are dueling. I don't know so if you guys have any ideas, go ahead

Couldn't you just talk about this in one of the other 5+ Project 2007 threads?

Though I have no reason to belive a dueling coaster would be built for Project 2007. I always had the idea of taking a invert and a floorless and dueling them.

I'm sorry, but I can't take someone who spelled their username wrong seriously.

those supports...judging from the others ones i've seen thus far, will most likely be added upon to make the supports taller, and if they go higher who knows what weird configurations they might make!!!

It could be for something like this

This is another Idea I always liked for a racing coaster. I did this cross section of B&M track because I don't know what a true cross section of Intamin box track would look like.

Obviously a design like this would be difficult. All the supports would have to be attached to the sides of the spine. In addition, a larger spine would most likely be required to accommodate the weight of an additional Coaster.

That would be very hard for the supports to fit in there, especially on the banked turns. *** Edited 7/27/2006 6:52:27 PM UTC by DrunkinMonkey***

I supose the stations could just be stacked on top of each other. In terms of the elements that a floorless and inverted perform, they tend to be opposites. Inverts are outside loops and floorless are inside loops. The same with the Cobra roll.

Just for fun, I decided to e-mail B&M. We'll see if it makes them laugh or say, hmmmm.

lol intamin has a dueling coaster like that... but it only has the patent on it, so i'm expecting the prototype within 2/3 years... take a looksie:

It looks delicious. If you click on "Original Document" and go skip to page 5 and every page below that, it gives you an idea of some elements with the track splitting and coming together, utter extacy.
And no, i have no life

It's not that I'm afraid to die; I just don't want to be there when it happens
Well, that's not exactly what I meant, however, it looks very cool too. I guess the picture on the 3rd page of the mosaics comes closest to what I was saying.
Being side mounted they could possibly go for the rotational aspect like "X" also.

That patent is for a company named Setpoint. It is not Intamin.
