It sounds to me like Cedar Point is going to improve the effects of DT and I for one am excited about that...As anonymous posted above, Cedar Point does do many small improvements on just about everything...Improving DT isn't really going to cost Cedar Point an arm and a leg...It's not really major improvements they need to do...just work on some effects, add a little paint here and there...I have a strong feeling they will improve the DT line and that will make it way better...Good job Cedar Point...I'm glad that it finally took something like WT to finally get them to realize that DT needed help

Cedar Point did announce, the $13 million (?) dollars worth of park improvements for this year would include WT, Snoopy Rocks, and other various improvements.... Mantis, Soak City, and now DT maybe.......

Excellent detective work, Rob! As someone pointed out to me, maybe the blacklight/ 3D glasses theming is for the Pharoah's Haunted House that "appears" during Halloween....

But why would they put that on the DT page. If it was for the Halloween thing they would just put it on the halloween page. From the way it sounds to me, I think we are getting some new stuff in the line!! :)

"$4.0 million: Disaster Transport special effects and construction"

Am I mistaken, or did that number change?

No, I don't believe that number changed at all in fact.

I'm sorry, my mistake. Just checked other sites (including GTTP) and they all say $4 million... Darn.
