Well it’s kind of obvious that they spent money on it into fixing it. Over off-season 04 they bought new cable (helped) and purchased a new type of hydraulic oil (helped) as well as some other things. Obviously they will be spending money this off-season in fixing the engine. And it's my guess that they'll be putting more money in research for preventing this years problems. If they can, than Dragsters current problems will be pretty much fixed. Though more (new) problems are guaranteed to show up.

Basically I’m saying this "off-season tune-up" will further improve Dragsters performance. Don’t you think it will? Don’t you think CP wants to improve Dragster? Don’t you think they WANT to get it running better?.....OF COURSE THEY DO!! :)

As for the amount they have spent on fixing Dragster, I’m not certain.....but I’m sure it’s a hefty amount.

Like Dragster or not is a pesonal decision .I personally like it,if not only to ride it, but like the fact that it draws a big crowd from the rest of the park.I have been at CP when it was down and it was a bummer. But more of a bummer is all those people that would have been in line for it are now in line for MF or Magnum. Not to mention what it does for the sky line.I also notice it draws a little crowd of people who just like to sit there and watch with out even riding.

I sure wish there was a crowd watching it the day I was there. I felt a little funny standing on the grandstand all alone taking pictures of the closed ride. :)

First off, I'm sorry I'm bringing another topic back from the dead. However, the topic does say Dragster questions. Here is my question. What happened to the Top Fuel Dragster car that sits outside the photo booth? I was walking off the ride with my buddy and noticed it wasn't there?
