CP Food Quality

Well, you got yer Golden Corral out there at 10 bucks a person then you got yer casino buffets out there at 30. Proving again you get what you pay for.
I'd put Midway Market at the level of a much smaller Golden Corral, with an uptick in price due to location.
I can't think of many restaurants these days where four people can eat for under eighty bucks.

Honestly, Golden Corral serves higher quality food. The sad part is that I could previously justify Midway Market in 2012 with it including a soft drink and effectively the same food as the rest of the park for $12.99. At $17.99, not so much.

I'd prefer to not get into the whole "worst food" discussion. That doesn't seem particularly constructive.

Well, yeah, I wondered myself about why anyone would ever pose the question...

And I will add the last time we made the mistake of dining at Golden Corral we almost gagged, it was so terrible. I've said the best time to hit that place is no later than 11:05 in the morning...

Finding out the consensus on "worst food" is constructive in that you can avoid that place (or places), and be reasonably assured you're getting the best (or not worst) of what the park has to offer.

It's basically an easier way to ask what the best 5 (or whatever) places to eat are.

Plus worst food is subjective...

Midway market is a lot better than Chuck Wagon.

I just asked because of curiosity.

I made the mistake of eating at Chuck Wagon once last year. I agree Midway Market it much better place to eat. I'm still regretting the Chuck Wagon

I used to like the old Chuck Wagon, what was it, BBQ or something? Ribs? Chicken? (I guess I liked it so well I've forgotten...)
Plus that room is the "boneyard" for old Cedar Point signage and artwork, it's all over the walls and it's really cool. I try to cruise through there at least once a season for a trip down memory lane.

When I worked at CP, the Chuck Wagon had pretty good BBQ. It was the fries, though, that stood out. 1-1.5 inch diam disks fried and seasoned to perfection. They would puff up in the center. Crispy but fluffy. Must wipe mouth now.
