I was referring to Carowinds (which, it turns out, isn't open all year, either... duh). CF really should start taking into consideration our abbreviation style when naming parks & attractions. :)
Ah, I should have noticed that. They really should take us into consideration though. :)

The Beach Entrance was once located between the Grand Pavilion and the Coral Courtyard...you would walk right beside the Grand Pavilion on your way out.Perhaps they can re-route it through that area to gain more space on the beach front.
Years ago, there was also a gate located near wher demon drops tower was. I believe it was for the tram to drop off guests.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

There is one that is nearly 400' in Orlando. I think it's the tallest one out there right now.
I've been on that StarFlyer and I don't think it is even taller than 200ft.
EDIT: Looked it up, the structure is 230 ft tall so I doubt the riders get much higher than 200.
Wow. If that's true, that's a huge misrepresentation.

Yeah, I guess I didn't read it close enough. Funny thing is, I know a few different people who have all told me about the ride. That's the only reason I even knew about it. They all thought it was near 400 feet too.
That's what I get for thinking. :)

I've driven on I-Drive in Orlando past that StarFlyer multiple times. There is no way it's 400 ft. Like TrainOfSoul has said, I think 230 ft sounds like it's right.
Don't give me wrong, the 230 ft tower is tall and intimidating in the mass tourist trap jungle of buildings on I-Drive. Now the slingshot at that place is HUGE and when that thing shoots up, I have no doubt it reaches 400 ft, near pure insanity.
