Halloweekends Screamster!
Fear Faire 2010-2011
I feel like the markings near the Disaster Transport area were for the addition of the new Giant Wheel lights.
Some of those markings reached into the parking lot and the front entrance. I agree with TTD, I highly doubt it :)
Enjoy the rest of your day at America's Rockin' Roller Coast! Ride On!
I thought those markings were really far out into the lot though. Like too far for there to be a coaster there.
No I dont have any scoop (not that I'd say anything anyway). It's mostly based on what I saw after a walk on the beach. And after seeing what I saw, there's no way it has anything to do with the lighting on Giant Wheel.
Also, I wouldn't rule out something stretching out into the lot. I'm starting to wonder if the area being used as an upcharge parking area has something to do with next year.

What did you see while you were walking on the beach?
After seeing what you said about the parking lot, maybe they are in a way testing out how the parking situation would work with an area blocked off.

Yeah, I was wondering that when it was announced that there would be premium parking. I wonder if something was going to head out that way.
I'm thinking "Disaster Transport" will stay, but something will go in that area. Especially with everything near the tables etc...
^we can only hope!! I would imagine that if we get two coasters, one will be a small children's/family coaster. I cant see them getting two huge coasters.
We already have that with Gemini. I dont think by gwazi counts as two coasters on record though either.
^That does not matter. "Gwazi" counts as ONE rollercoaster.
Go to rcdb.com. Busch Gardens has 8 Coasters (it would be 9 if both counted).
Go to Wikipedia...8 coasters.
Can't remember where it was, but when "Cheetah Hunt" was announced, they made a big deal about it being the parks Eighth rollercoaster.
No matter the design, a "Twin" or "Dueling" coaster is always counted as one coaster. Look at "Dragon Challenge" at Islands of Adventure.
Get off my lawn, son. Most enthusiasts count rides with different layouts as two. We also list them separately in the CoasterBuzz database.

The dots are unusual. Standard markings consist of dashed lines to indicate direction. It almost looks like someone said "follow me watch closely. (as they painted) This will go here, this will stretch across the midway here, and I want it to go closely here" as the midway gets marked for a vision. Maybe Matt took John for a walk and this was the result.
