In Ohio, Cedar Fair owns Cedar Point and Kings Island.

The company owns many other amusement and water parks around the country.

lol where in the world will we ever find time to go to kings island? and other stuff? and y would u wanna go to kings island when u work and at the best place in the world? kings island sucks compared to cp!!!

I know employees do trips sometimes to other parks during the summer. Also, Kings Island doesn't compare to Cedar Point IMO. Different feeling, different atmosphere, and different rides. It's just a nice change of pace. Even though Cedar Point is by far the best :)

^^ Both of you guys really don't understand coasters and their history if you think Kings Island "Sucks" compared to Cedar Point. Most of Kings Island's 14 coasters are really high quality coasters including two ACE coaster classics and what could arguably be the best wooden rollercoaster in the world.

Kings Island has a great park atmosphere and really get's a bad rap from some because it doesn't have as many tall or record breaking rides. However in it's history Kings Island had many "Worlds Tallest" rides when they opened and a lot of "Worlds First".

I mean I would pick Cedar Point over Kings Island too. My point is that to say that Kings Island 'sucks' is short sighted.

I understand it your opinion. I can respect that. I'm just saying if you take the time and realize how much Kings Island means to the roller coaster community than I think your opinion would change. Without Kings Island, we may not even have rollercoasters today.
