There are alot of Sandusky apartments just not listed online. If you get 4 people in 2 rooms thats less than in the dorms per room and it brings the price to a maximum 200 a month depending on what apartment. The commons dorms would be 120 a month. I think its looking better to get an apartment off Cedar Point property.
Dido, it's just finding one that allows a lease for six months. Are you rooming with Nick? He was asking me questions about area's..hehe The only thing about living off point, you have to deal with more of the traffic(especially if you don't know back roads.)

I don't know about anyone else, but to me it just wouldn't be a summer working at CP if I didn't live at Commons... maybe I'm just completely insane, but that prison-like environment has really become my home away from home lol. Yeah I'm probably just crazy. Can't wait to get back!

I agree with that...after working at CP, I worked at an amusement park that is close to my home. It just wasn't the same at all to get off of work and just go back to my lonely house. Plus, the great majority of the employees were high school kids 15-16, and I was in my early 20s so I didn't really bond with them too much.
Having your own apartment outside of CP housing would definetly have it's perks, like not having to wait in line just to get into your building, not having your bags searched, and being able to keep as much alcohol as you want in your place. But I loved the atmosphere of Commons and Bayside. There's so much energy and so much going on. I've never experienced anything like it in my life.
You guys have to realize too that the Geauga Lake employees never had the housing experince. They are used to driving from home to work. And some of the crazy things they've heard, maybe they prefer to stay away from most of the drama.
