^ I'm with you Wolf Bobs. If this is the color scheme, I'm going to be scratching my head over it. Then again I would just accept it too because Cedar Point is love with the color red. I've said it before in another thread, I am hoping for purple track color scheme. They have every other color in the park but purple.
I also saw a rumor on Coaster Studio that said the licensing deal for Intimidator is expiring after this year and Intimidator and I-305 will be renamed. Speculation is Centurion is for one of those. And colors don't really match up with other rides in the park. I wouldn't think of red as a color for an Iron Dragon, I think silver would be better. And I wouldn't think of green as a color for a Raptor, brown would probably fit that better. And a Rougarou wouldn't be orange either. I think brown or black would fit better. Color means nothing when it comes to Cedar Point coasters.

Whenever Cedar Point does get its Triotech dark ride in the next couple years, it will most likely have a nautical theme of some kind, not a mythological raven theme. This was even more or less spelled out for you in the recent discussions with Ouimet in the Register, not to mention it just makes sense, what with that little lake next door and all.
So, if we all pretend for a moment that putting 2 and 2 together really does equal four, Valravn is the name of the new Dive Coaster, and the "salmon-colored" (or whatever) track is headed to Sandusky. Whether or not one thinks that "salmon" does not fit into whatever theme your mind has created really doesn't matter. Let's all be honest with each other anyway; what "theme" aside from the name is the coaster likely to have? A half-cup of fog somewhere in the ride? (please, don't get me started) Is a Rougarou neon green and orange? Apparently.
The announcement is only weeks away, so it does not seem unusual that the track would be delivered sometime soon. This is probably a case where one does not need to overthink it.
Promoter of fog.
Ugh let's not start using Coaster Studios as a source. I remember watching his CP vs. Magic Mountain video in which he tried to do individual coaster battles and somehow came up with something like wicked Twister vs. Full Throttle. He then compared Gemini to a ride which isn't even open yet based on animations (which I guess we could assume which would be better, but those animations don't always tell the whole story). he then finished by saying the rest of the coasters weren't comparable and he's just doing it by number of extra coasters, so even though CP had Millennium and Maverick to go with Blue Streak, MM got twice as many points for having six extras, even though they weren't nearly as good.
AND HE DIDN'T COUNT PIPE SCREAM AS A COASTER!!!!!!
The salmon track doesn't look big enough to be dive coaster track. I'm 95% sure that the brown and silver track is heading to Sandusky and I think it will have silver supports.

Is the way the kid in the video pronounced "Valravn" the same way we do? I pronounce it Val-Ray-Ven.
I don't think we'll ever actually be able to pronounce it. (blue triangle)
I like exotic names if they're done right, but this is a little much for my tastes.

Efteling won the contest for best themed dive coaster ever. Game over.
The backstory video for this is so good, too.
