Area 3 Ride Hotsts

Who all is in Area 3. I know the majority of you guys. This will be a cool way for the first years to meet new people.

Don't tell anyone, but I'm probably the most awesome person in Area 3.

I wanted to be in Area 3 because I was hoping to work Maverick which is my favorite coaster. But I got Area 2 and Top Thrill Dragster so I will take that, shut up and be happy with it! :)

Area 2 is where it's at ;) I'm A2 Windseeker... that being said take your TTD and be happy. lol

I'm not currently working at Cedar Point but I plan on it in the next few years. From what I've read it seems as if all the rides are divided into zones. How exactly do the zones work? Based on what I've read I think it's safe to assume the zones are categorized by location so I'm guessing zone 3 is the back of the park since someone mentioned Maverick. When appling as a ride host, do you get to pick a zone or do you get assigned to one? I'll want to be a ride op/host when I'm able to apply so the more I know about that job the better. Thanks!

When you apply you only get the choice of being a ride host... The area is all up to which manager calls you. On rare cases a manager will hire people for a different area other then their own. and returners usually get a ride in that same are the following years, but depending on several factors you could have a tendency to switch areas,returners do get asked if what they would like to work the following year in an email that's sent by the managers in late Dec. but its not guaranteed that you will be placed there.
