I'll be 17 in a few days.

Just turned 47 yesterday. I have been to CP at least once a year ever year of my life! (been a passholder since 97 so that average went up a ton since '97!!!!).

The year I was tall enough for Jumbo Jets was the summer they took it out!. Ah the early 70's of the Upsidedown Funhouse, Pirate Ride, Earthquake, Double Ferris wheel, Frontier lift, Paddle wheel in it's original spot, and Blue Street loading.....counting the people ahead in line in hopes of getting that red dot for the front row!

52....Old enough to remember CP offering cartons of cigarettes as game prizes.

55 - soon to be 56. Can remember the helicopter ride on the main midway, the miniature train near the Cadillac Cars and the monorail.

13, been pointing since 2002.(I might be the youngest on the site :) )

42, only been going to the park for 6 or 7 years. I've been going to other parks since 1977.

16 years old, been going to the park since 98. (Though I don't remember going until 2002 :) )

41. I have been going to CP at least once a year since the early 70's. I am unsure of the exact year but I do remember the park before Corkscrew which I believe was built in 76.

This is me and I feel/felt your frustration! I relate to everything else you said, too, those were great times!

I remember thinking the Jumbo Jets was too scary to ride!!

I hear ya! 29 here as well, been going since I was 5. These 14 year olds arn't lowering the average much. Of course 1 of them has a birth year of 1989 which doesn't work out to being 14.What kind of a shop you running Jeff and Walt? lol

The first time I went to the park I was 8. I remember the first ride we rode was Demon Drop, and then last right of the night, we waited over an hour for Mean Streak. MEAN STREAK.

36 ! My first time at the park was 1989, first coaster was Magnum XL200! Magic Johnson was at the park that day too!

^ ^ My husband and I waited 3 hours for MeanStreak about a week or so after it opened.
