The vast majority of the advertising I run is cost-per-thousand, so yes, you are stealing from me. When you don't see the ads, I don't get paid.

In all your rambling about your experience, I didn't see where you've managed enterprise content management systems, or ad management apps or even at a fundamental level familiarized yourself with the ins and outs on the online advertising industry. You should probably do that research and talk to people with experience before you embarass yourself anymore.

7/27: Subdivision Cam becomes party cam at the year's hottest Ohio luau!

I have responded to their criticism one at a time and I have been pretty open minded. No I haven't managed enterprise level websites and I don't spend my life trying to understand the ins and outs of the net but I have been using it like I said,since it was text based but I admit I do have limited experience as far as the advertising end goes.

As for 1hosts TOS, do you think you would use 10% of their system resources? You must get an awful lot of traffic here,to use 10% of a hosting company's resources is a pretty big task, of course,they don't say what their max. resources are, so I really don't know. How many visitors a day does this place get?

Like I said Adolf, if you can't afford it, make the whole place subscription based. In all of the replies to this post, it seems that only 6 or 7 actually agree with all of this and since you get so many users you would shut a server down, I thought you would have more support. As for now,I will respectfully turn off Proxomitron when I come here since I don't want GTTP to go down and I do enjoy reading it, and also like I said,if it goes totally pay based,I will be a charter member with credit card in hand.

Whatever,like I said,you're all a bunch of Putz kissers. That's all,nothing more,nothing less.Once in a while someone disagrees and Jeff immediately tears them down or nukes their account, he has no open mind, he never has and never will-what he says is always right,glad he never got the opportunity to be a world leader-he would make Saddam Hussein look like Ghandi- and he wants people to pay for this crap? This place will never change,no one here has the balls to say anything against the mighty feuhrer Jeff,until someone does,I'm leaving again as I have so many times in the past. Oh, and for anyone who agrees with good old Rob there, I know firsthand that disagreeing with Putz is not what gets him pissed off at you or gets you banned. I've had disagreements with him in the past, and I'm still here. He does, however, have a right to ban you for whatever he wants, seeing as how it's his site and his forums. I think he's been very fair in who he bans and who he lets stay, even liberal as far as I'm concerned.

Oh, and there's one thing that's obsolete about Rob's argument that he may not be aware of:

Think again, bucco. TiVO has caused all sorts of problems with TV networks and cable providers and everyone else. Nothing's free, and using the TV networks and RIAA and those sorts of organizations are never good examples in trying to say it is.
