I wish I had 3 hours every day to do ANYTHING, let alone work out. But good for you! That's pretty impressive!
ROUNDABOUND.
I've lost 35 pounds since December. That's because I'm in wrestling season, so that allows me to get a solid 2 hours of hard working out every day. I mainly watch my carb intake. Try to stay away from bread as much as possible. Fish is very good for you and has low carbs. And a cheat meal once every 2 weeks isn't bad idea. It'll keep you sane. Note: a cheat MEAL is a lot different than a cheat DAY. Just have a solid hour of eating whatever you want instead of an entire day.

Even though I prefer Valravn slightly as an overall coaster, I had to go with GateKeeper because of aesthetics. The keyholes, plaza, beach view, and capacity all make it a better coaster for the park.
After a pretty good performance in the Losers Bracket, Valravn and Gemini have been eliminated. Only six matches remain—we're going back to the main bracket to vote in the Quarterfinals.
Straw polls are up now; once again, it's time to vote!
Hopefully TTD wins. I was rooting for Wicked Twister, and am mad it's out...

^ It would take a 210ft tall 75 mph, RMC with 4 or 5 inversions to even stand a chance against Millennium.
Hey Perpetual, you have a link to last year's results? I'm curious to see how close Maverick got against Millennium.
^ Here you go. It was a close match, but MF took it by a mere three votes.

One thing I didn't like about GateKeeper was the parking lot view on the lift hill. Valravn nails the view on before both drops.

It may seem a little strange but I rather like the view from the top of Gatekeeper. When I reach the top I'm always like, "Wow that's a lot of cars." And all the friends that I have gone with have always had the same reaction. I guess it's just a little chuckle moment for me.
2018- Raptor
CP Top 5- 1)MF 2) Maverick 3) Gatekeeper 4) Top Thrill Dragster 5) Raptor
^^I used to think that either Magnum or Power Tower gave the best views for the ride, especially Magnum on a nice warm night with a full moon/no clouds, that lake looks spectacular going thru the first bit. Rougarou to me was the best lift walk being in a way centered on the park, you could get some sweet panoramas, but the view itself was..ok
Valravn though, that view, especially at sunset...just, damn it's perfect. I really considered taking that early morning tour and going thru all the boring/basic stuff the GP would like just to get that lift walk. Serious

Six matches remain—time has really flown by, hasn't it? Millennium Force and Maverick will face each other in the Semifinal, but before that, Top Thrill Dragster and Magnum will face Raptor and GateKeeper, respectively in the Losers Semifinals.
New straw polls are up now—time to cast some more votes!
We're down to just four opponents now, our top four seeds: MF, Maverick, Magnum, and TTD. As you can see from last year, this isn't the first time we've had these match-ups. MF and Magnum won their respective matches by only three votes. Can they pull through again? Or will Maverick and/or TTD be able to exact vengeance for their past defeats? Only you, the voters, can decide!
We have four matches remaining—you have just three more opportunities to cast your votes, so take advantage of that!
Hold the phone. Shouldn't these be the championship matches? How could this be the semi finals if we're down to the last two competitors in each bracket? It looks like the loser of the championship bracket has to fall down to compete for 3rd and 4th and the winner of the losers bracket gets to compete for 1st and 2nd. That just doesn't make much sense to me. Shouldn't MF and Maverick be the 1st and 2nd place match and Magnum and TTD be the 3rd and 4th place match?

^ That's just how a Double Elimination tournament works. Assuming Magnum beats TTD (it's currently leading by ten votes) in #31, TTD will be eliminated and finish in 4th place; after which Magnum will move on and face whoever loses #32 (main bracket Semifinal; MF vs. Maverick) in #33 (losers bracket Final). The loser of that match will be eliminated and finish in 3rd place, while the winner of said match will go back into the main bracket and face the winner of #32 in #34 (the Grand Final).
So, 1st through 4th place will be determined by the following:
I hope this clears up your confusion.
So the matches 32 & 34 could (likely?) both be Millennium Force vs Maverick? It would be funny if that happens and then the loser of 32 wins 34...

Magnum has beaten TTD in the Losers Semifinal after maintaining a comfortable lead. (Sorry, CP FLYIN.) As for the main bracket Semifinal, however, MF and Maverick are currently locked in a tie. So, as per the rules I outlined in my first post, that poll will go on for another 24 hours—at which point, hopefully, the tie will be broken and one of them will be declared the victor. So, cast your votes if you haven't already!
I'm impressed this entire contest was finished in a month with this much time left in the off season.
