2016 Cedar Point Coaster Tourney

Not sure what happened but I just got home and I can vote just fine on my phone. Weird.

GateKeeper, Wicked Twister, Magnum, and Raptor have just advanced to the next round. The polls for the remaining two Round 1 matches, as well as the two Losers Round 1 matches, are up now. As always, I invite you to go ahead and vote!

Another batch of straw polls have just concluded. Millennium Force and Maverick dominated Woodstock Express and Valravn, respectively, and advanced to the next round. Meanwhile, Cedar Creek Mine Ride eliminated Wilderness Run from the competition, and Corkscrew just barely managed to hang on against Pipe Scream, winning that match by a mere one vote.

Man GateKeeper vs Valravn was a tough call. I had to go with Valravn just because it doesn't bounce like GateKeeper does. But both are such fun coasters!

I thought the same thing then realized that's probably because nobody can ride WT.

MyFitnessPal works great, though they should rename it to Wicked Twister Training. Wicked Twister is usually the benchmark test for me to determine if I had too many cheeseburgers over the winter.

Do share how that happened... I've all but eliminated soda & fast food, eating less overall, sometimes just vegetables for dinner, and 5-6 miles on the treadmill (which I hate every minute of) 4x per week and I've lost 3lbs in 2 weeks.

I ate a strict diet, banana for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch, and a salad with fat free dressing for dinner, with grapes and other fruits as a snack throughout the day, while at the same time doing 3 hours of workouts per day of cardio and resistance.

Did you make this strict diet up, or is this suggested by your doctor?
28 lbs is a lot to lose in two weeks. Rapid weight loss like that can have a way of snapping back on you, and isn't considered all that healthy.
Where is your protein besides that turkey sammich? Eggs for breakfast, prepared without a lot of fat, is a good nutritious choice and helps you feel full longer.

None of my business, just sayin'.

It was made by a dietitian, and yeah, I forgot to say there was eggs with the banana, and chicken in the salad.
