2009 Applications

Cait She is short, blonde hair, and very funny. I believe she used to be some sort of management at Soak City when she worked there in 2007.

She is a friend of mine. So that means the park you work at now is Splash Bay? If you had questions then, she would know the answers for you.

Yeah I do work at Splash Bay haha and yeah I asked her most of my questions about everything.

The dorms nowadays for the females tend to be 4 people to a room, unless of course it only fits 3 people. The 1300 building I believe only has rooms big enough for 3, but the 1400 and 1500 buildings have 4 girls to a room, and they keep it at full capacity as much as they can.

1400's are guys only dorms

Doesn't matter when they open them really, they won't start call backs for at least a month......

Duh. I knew that. My mistake. Forget what I said about the 1400's!

Cedar Point is waiting after the new year before opening applications up because minimum wage in Ohio went up starting January 1st, they should be up anytime now since its January 2nd. I cant wait to apply!

Remeber they have more time to do hiring this year too because of the late start date. They usually start calling returners back first if i remember correctly. so if your new it will be a while before they start calling.

update on application availability...it says on the site to come afterJanuary 12th to apply for the 2009 season just thought you guys wouldlike to know...pay rates are still not available however.

The budgets for 2009 are complete and I heard there was no increase in pay.

What about bonus? Any thing about them

It would have to increase a little to stick with the minimum pay rate for Ohio...but they might have just added the bonus into the total pay...again we should be able to all know for sure soon
