This is a very sore subject with me. This person should know better. I spent a little more than I should on 6 or so items and I haven't gotten a thing. I know the person personally which makes this an even more difficult situation.

Tried telling the bank that this happened thorugh but they don;t seem to understand. The manager I talked to basically said I was irresponsible and basically told me what I was and was not doing and she just made me very mad.But the purchase itslef was only $40 but it was all the overdrafts that got me.

well at least I finally got 3 of 4 of the items I purchased..I had to resort to legal threats though and to be honest will still go through with it if my 4th item is not resolved soon....He knows I'm serious by the extent I went to and have still in progress....

I'm thinking along the lines of legal action as well. I get free leagal services thanks to a union membership at work so it would cost me nothing to persue this as a small claims case.

Actually in most states you can't use a lawyer in small claims court. It's just you and the person you're suing.

I bought a pin about 4 weeks ago from the same person. I have not seen it yet. I called the phone number that I received from e-bay and was told he doesn't live there anymore. Anyone know how to reach him???

Snail mail? (sigh, that would probably be returned to sender...) Also, could it be possible that the people who answered the phone weren't telling the truth?

Here we are, more than 4 months later. I was just wondering if ANYONE has heard ANYTHING about this since our last pow-wow. I have not heard a thing.

UPDATE-- I should have post sooner it but I did get all of my pins finally on Aug 8th, 4 months after the auctions closed. He worked on the CP&LERR and I kept bugging him about it weekly as I made trips out there until he finally sent me my pins. I don't know whether or not he is still out there or done for the season. He said that his slow response in sending everything was because when he moved from Columbus to Sandusky all his stuff was locked up in storage and that he did not have the time to get to it and move into his dorm due to all of the long hours he was working at CP. If you light a fire under his ass he will eventually come through.
