Well, that explains it. At park opening, snow or shine, Shawn is hanging on the fence at Shoot the Rapids wishing and hoping that the ride will open.

So has anyone seen Charlie Brown on the midways this year? He keeps wondering away when I'm looking for him.

Charlie was out last Thursday at Camp Snoopy, the only one I haven't seen so far at CP is Woodstock. When we were at KI a few weeks ago my daughter finally got a picture with him.

I'm pretty sure Charlie is avoiding ya if you haven't seen him yet at CP.

With addition of Funpix, does anyone think that the Peanuts characters will be out more? I always look for Charlie Brown when I go to Cedar Point and wish he was out more during the day.

Good thought, I will be on the look out for Snoopy.

We've only ever seen Woodstock in the Monster Midway Celebration parade during HalloWeekends and in the show on the Luminosity stage during the day. My son had a few pics taken with Woodstock after the show and has them hanging in his room! He was so happy!

But my son is afraid of Schroeder and Franklin for whatever reason... Is there a Marci character around?

^ I haven't seen her yet. They should introduce her in the future.

My son is terrible with names. He always asks if "the sir girl" (Marci refers to Peppermint Patty as "sir") is gonna be at Cedar Point.

^ I used to mistaken Peppermint patty as a boy character growing up too. I think in the comics, the voice of Peppermint patty was a boy voice.

Huh. I always thought he was referring to Marci because she calls Peppermint Patty "sir". But maybe he means Peppermint Patty. I guess I'll have to ask him next time we go.
