Roommate

So my boyfriend is living in cedars and wants to be in commons. I hear there are some empty beds in the 1400s because if the three roommates agree, they don't need a fourth one. Is anyone cool with having a fourth roommate in the 1400s? It would be greatly appreciated by the both of us.

He should just check with housing to see if there are any open beds at Commons. If so, it is easy to move from Cedars to Commons; he just needs to tell housing he wants to move. He will need to pack his stuff and check out of Cedars & check in at Commons. CP will move his stuff, after hours, if he has too much to carry. If there is an empty bed housing will fill it. The other roommates have no choice or say.

The last 2 seasons my daughter moved from Commons to Golds. The only reason she checked in to Commons was because Golds wasn't open yet. As soon as Golds opened, she told housing she wanted to move and had no problem.

They said there are no available beds in commons. She said there are 4 beds but three roommates in the 1400s and if they agree they don't want another roommate then I guess that bed remains empty and I don't think that's right.

It is easier to move from Commons to Cedars and Golds than from Cedars & Golds to Commons. Besides it is easier to have a guest at Cedars becase of all the backdoors.

If housing gets crowded, they will use those beds even if the three roommates don't want a fourth.

If there are 4 beds in a room and only 3 people in that room then there is an available bed and housing will put someone there, regardless of what the other 3 roommates want. The other roommates have no say unless they are holding the bed for someone, and if that is the case then housing will have that info.

Yeah idk. I'm hearing all kinds of different things. But I know there are beds available in the 1400s.
